June 18th, 2009 Hawk-Eyes on Science presenting Electricity and Magnetism and liquid nitrogen demonstrations to the "Big Brothers Big Sisters" of Johnson County at Willow Creek Park in Iowa City. 5:45 pm start time.
July 09, 2009 George Hospodarsky gives a presentation to 40 high school students (9th and 10th grade) and 3 teachers associated with the Iowa Math & Science Academy at Seerley Hall on the University of Northern Iowa Campus, Cedar Falls, IA. He talked about Iowa's contribution to space exploration, Professor James Van Allen, the history of space physics at the University of Iowa, Cassini, Polar, Cluster, Mars Express, Juno, RBSP, Galileo, Voyager, Pioneer, etc...
