Equipment :   Spinning footstool, bicycle wheel with weighted rim.  
Procedure :   Spin the bicycle wheel at a fairly fast rate.  Sit on the stool and hold the bicycle wheel vertically in front on you.  When you tip the bicycle wheel either to the left or to the right the stool will rotate in the opposite direction. Reversing the direction of the spin on the bicycle wheel will cause the stool to rotate in the same direction when the bicycle wheel is tipped.
